[Bug] Auto-Prettier Github Action commit interferes with other GH Actions

Problem: When the Auto-Prettier commit in the PR Build Website GH Action runs and commits the changes to a PR, other GH Actions like PR Previewer (Dev site) are canceled :/

Scenario: Put the devpages label on a PR, commit some new changes, and watch how the auto-prettier commit in ``PR Build Websiteaction stops thePR Previewer (Dev site)` action from running.

Mhmm, unsure of a good way around this. I suppose one much manually remove the label and readd the devpages.
