Description
What I've noticed is that when there's a prolonged internet outage or a prolonged forced disconnection from the provider or VPN, Wire doesn't come back online. It reports that you're offline, but it doesn't automatically recognize that the internet connection is back up. You first have to restart the Wire app for Windows.
