Hello Widop, thank you for all the good work on this lib!

I'd need to get the sampling level working (https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/reporting/core/v3/reference#samplingLevel).

Please add it if you get the time. (I also noticed there's a pull request waiting: #10)
