Markup should support rich data

Instead of using conventional wiki markup, the new wetfish wiki should use JSON to store data about tags. This would allow for the creation of templates ( https://wiki.wetfish.net/games ) and also allow for more complicated systems like voting ( https://wiki.wetfish.net/images )
