Finish setup of new colocated server

The new colocated server exists, but it needs some work done.

• Install drive controller firmware upgrade?
• Finish zfs setup
• Setup OS, install services
• Physically move it to the datacenter in Denver

How do we want to approach the "install services" portion? In the past I had leaned towards a proxmox VE with opnsense in a VM as an ingress firewall/NAT for other vms on the host. We can then run k8s on vms inside that host if we desire, or docker-compose projects, or straight binaries.
