Werckmeister Inspector view doesn' work with all color schemes

• switch VSCode color scheme to a bright one (Visual Studio 2019 Light)
• open inspector view

Expected

• I can see the transport view
• I can see the quarter positions of the piano roll grid

Actual

• I can not see the transport view
