Missing file

I am a total newbie on using git but I cloned the HolonCode repository to my linux machine. When I type
tclsh ~/HolonCode/holoncode/holoncode.tcl Project.hdb

it returns this error:

can't find package Mk4tcl
while executing
"package require Mk4tcl"
(file "/home/jih/HolonCode/holoncode/holoncode.tcl" line 1)

I cannot find a file with "Mk4tcl" anywhere on my disk.

Is this just a newbie error or is a file missing?

The package is missing in your linux.
Download and install the free Tcl/Tk via https://docs.activestate.com/activetcl/8.6/

Thanks I understand. Mk4tcl is an extension to Tcl.
