bgets conflicts with libgen definition in OmniOS #22

OmniOS has a conflicting definition of a bgets function in its libgen library.

In an earlier revision of bstrlib (circa 2008) the same was named bgetsring so reverting back to this naming in this library could be an option (which is what I'm doing in a local fork.)
