Dual Appointments - Separate Headshots

School of Social Work is wanting to be able to update a headshot for someone for their unit that is different than the headshot used in their dual appointment location.

Example: someone is faculty at School of Social Work, as well as at College of Education. If College of Education adds a headshot for their profile, School of Social Work would like to also add their own and it not affect each others' directories.

This can become an issue when headshot specs differ from unit to unit.

Sydney, There is an outstanding picture formatting issue on the HK directory with one particular image that has been deleted and resized multiple times without resolving the issue so I'm reaching out to determine if there is an underlying cause in the formatting of the directory view that could be causing the issue because we haven't been able to figure it out.
More specifically, Chung-Yi Chiu's image when displayed on the https://hk.illinois.edu/directory/ has a narrow width than the rest of the images. Yet when displayed on the AHS directory it retains the correct width. Have you seen the images display differently depending on the directory grid/display formats? (see images below)

OK. Chung-Yi Chiu is in both School of Social Work (https://socialwork.illinois.edu/directory/profile/chiucy/, image 500x750) and AHS (https://hk.illinois.edu/directory/profile/chiucy/, image 250x250). Because she was added to School of Social Work first, this is the size that is being used.

This is a known issue: #34

We have four options:

1. Standardize the picture size across campus. This is what the directory.illinois.edu site does, and we should probably have some type of campus standard. Frankly, it doesn't make sense that each college would have a different sized image.
2. Add the ability to add pictures per unit for those that have multiple units. This is going to greatly complicate the UI interface and is going to cause problems with the end user ("which picture should I update?").
3. Resize the picture for each unit the person is in. This way, they have one picture to manage, but it will have two different ratios.
4. Some other option.

I'm leaning towards #1 if we can standardize that, or #3 if we can't. Thoughts?
