Let the user choose the map localization

The map is currently localized in the shown region's language. This is not helpful for people cycling in a place where they cannot read the language.

Add an option for the user to choose the map's language or use the device's default.

It would be nice if this would work, but I think this is part of the mapstyle. If this is possible, it would be even nicer to show both languages as in e.g. the Cyclemap style does.
