Feature Request: underline hyperlinks when in e-ink mode. (As most e-ink devices are not in colour)

My feature request is that any links within articles saved are given an underline format, to make them visible when using black-and-white e-ink devices (or grayscale displays on other devices).

I often use the annotate feature, and sometimes accidentally activate a link I didn't know was there!

There may be an easy way to do this in the way the articles are presenting in terms of HTML.

I'm still too green a developer to find it and change it with any speed. I'm adding it to my list, but offering the idea here in case someone with more experience can implement it!

Updating this request with a bit more knowledge. I've been poking around the code and I'm figuring that this would be done through the css files that they use to style the articles?

Probably main.css?

I'm still not sure how the e-ink section is implemented, but I think this is what I'd add to the css for e-ink:
