nvst18 (Effective Therapy) granted permission to cite the deployment as field evidence and to use the dispatch-fabrication shape as a fixture, patient-facing specifics withheld. - providers/fixtures.py: add `effective_therapy_inversion` — the verification-agent inversion (CLINIC/GUARD/SAFE/LEX/TESTER narrated complete, zero dispatched) -> tool_calls == [] on every provider envelope. Conformance now 19/19. - README: add a "Field evidence" section (deployment surface + failure pattern only; no clinical detail), with honest scope on the hollow-code gap.
