Issue with custom scroll on iOS

Hi, guys.

There is an issue with custom scroll on iOS11 Chrome. You cannot use custom scroll in the block. The page start scrolling when you try to scroll text in the box with custom scroll.

Please, fix and your plug-in would be the best of the best :)
