Please discuss #802 if it hasn't been discussed in TPAC. The core idea of the proposal has tentative support from all the browser vendors, but the proposal still needs a sponsor and to go through the review process. Maybe more suited to an async discussion than at the public meeting.

Would like to nominate #885, this was on the agenda before but we never got to it in previous meetings.

The meeting is starting in 9 minutes; I'll close the issue and move over the agenda. It's unclear who will be chairing; I'll chair the meeting if people are still absent following TPAC last week.
