How do names work in Bliss?

We're doing work in the Pronunciation TF on use cases for robust cross-TTS pronunciation in speech output. One use case issue was raised and it mentions names and AAC users (w3c/pronunciation#128). This got me to wondering: are there ways to talk about, or even present, names in Bliss? Also I would have the same question for other symbol sets (that are not themselves languages).

The way personal names are presented in Bliss has some individual preference associated with it. Common ways are:

• Use a symbol such as person, man, woman, girl, etc, that they felt represented themselves and then add the first letter of their written name to it or some other chosen specifier.

• Write out ones full name in ones local native language is used.

• Precede one of the above with "bliss name"
