[Bug]: Scrollbars are always displayed on the module's UI page

Describe the bug

The module's UI is always displayed with scrollbars, even if there is a lot of space.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new basic empty module
2. Install it into the policy
3. Open agent's view to modules UI.

Have you looked to the sides of box-sizing? There is a suspicion that the problem is there.
