I downloaded this file: hovernet_original_kumar_notype_tf2pytorch.tar. I want to convert the TensorFlow parameters to PyTorch format, but I couldn't find the files mentioned in the images, and the downloaded file is not a compressed archive. Could you tell me how to resolve this issue?
