Expanding MARR beyond Claude Code

MARR will be even more potent if other Coding Agents could seamlessly use its standards.

How could and should it do this? Direct conversion to other Agents' configuration?

What are others already doing?

OpenAI and Anthropic are participating in a new open-source project under the Linux Foundation that might develop a standard for this. What's its scope and status?
