[Bug] Play Store logo with "Something went wrong" text on android

A user is having an issue with the file picker on Android. I couldn't find any relevant information in other github issues . Help is greatly appreciated
file kit version: 0.13.0

Android 8.0
I am using stock ROM with all the google stuff. I checked play store, there is no google play services update.

Do you have access to the device logs? Is there any log displayed by the system that could help to understand the issue?
