Add ability to duplicate layouts #144

What are you trying to do?
I have a layout that is my new core one, but then I may be creating new ones based on new permissions requirements and adding the ability to duplicate my core layout would be very helpful.
What's your proposed solution?
Add a 'duplicate layout' button.
