Android-Pin does not use support v4 Fragment(s)

To make the project truely backwards compatible we need to use v4 Fragments as opposed to android.app.Fragments.

The work to correct this has already been done in : Makes android-pin backwards compatible Pull Request #5

Please let me know if there is anything else that needs to happen.
