How can I make __callback_read and __callback_write work?

I am sorry, XCP_ENABLE_APP_ADDRESSING seems to be broken.
It has been used to hand over asynchronous calibration memory access to the Rust API. But since the the Rust API is using the libxcplite calibration segment RCU implementation, it was unused and not tested anymore.
I am going to fix that, but please note that it was intended for asynchronous memory access (calibration memory and polling measurements), not for event synchronous DAQ memory access.
This is for performance reasons. The DAQ processing will not check for calling the memory read callback. It will work, when XCP_ADDR_EXT_APP is set to 0x01 and the encoding of addresses is compatible to absolute addressing mode (using ApplXcpSetBaseAddr). Otherwise the DAQ processing has to adapted as well.
