Rating is not working when there are no ratings

When trying to rate a component that has no ratings nothing happens:

Looks like a clear bug that system does not find the previous rating. Likely related to recent login system changes.

Changed the event order, but looks like that didn't help. However, the problem seems to be only with reload. If you navigate back and forth it displays the correct user rating.
