Pathconfig should cleanup messages about missing dependencies it resolved via workspace #2604
Description
We report missing local dependencies in the pom.xml, but later pick this up during path config construction. But these maven messages are now forwarded to the IDE, so users get this message that they cannot fix and also don't make sense.
We should during path config construction remove the corresponding message, if we manage to resolve it anyway.
