How to adjust poll interval?

The poll interval is too fast for my Cyberpower UPS. I tried to adjust it by mapping ups.conf and setting the poll interval, but every time I start the container the contents of ups.conf are overwritten.

Whenever I run this container it works for like 2 minutes and then the Cyberpower disconnects. I need to change the poll interval. Is there a way to do this? Or a way to force it to use my ups.conf instead of overwriting it?

Had this issue too, easy fix is to just edit docker-entrypoint and add pollinterval = 30 (or whatever) below port = $UPS_PORT.
