Support / Investigate TanStack Table #48

React Table was the project that initially inspired this project: formally ember-headless-table, now @universal-ember/table.
Since TanStack Table now supports signals-based frameworks, it's worth investigating:
- Perf differences between TanStack's and this implementation
- Feature differences
- Ergonomics differences
- Payload / bytes differences
It's possible than table project may provide a separate entry point that makes working with TanStack table more ergonomic, but we'll see! I'm not yet sure if we want to support both, yet. The above investigation will give insight.
