"Dim with Me" And GE Link Bulbs Not Dimming

Hello,
I followed the procedure outlined here:

I'm able to turn the devices off and on through the virtual device, but the dimming is not working. Is there something I'm doing wrong? or perhaps Samsung updated their API?
