Wrong Drupal API

1. I just installed this plugin to my newest NetBeans IDE 11.0 and it opens API window for Drupal 6 for my Drupal 7 project (?)

2. I have another issue/warning message that Drush has not been found even I have it in /usr/bin/drush

3. As reported previously, I can only confirm the link for the module update doesn't work.
