Add confirmation modal for certain usages of tp-delete-button

Evaluate where an additional delete confirmation modal would be appropriate and add a generic way of specifying that a modal should be shown.

Maybe it could be opt-out so that the delete modal is always shown except for when it is disabled explicitly.
