Linting for integration test files

Some of our integration test `.mcg` and `.ipcg` files have inconsistent formatting and contain user-specific `origin` paths.
For better consistency, we can implement a script to check and/or automatically correct these issues. 
This could also be integrated into the CI pipeline, akin to the current CMake and clang-format checks.
