Include information about preparation options for stock/energy data

When preparing the files mseg_res_com_emm and mseg_res_com_state here the user is prompted to make some new choices about the type of CDIV -> state or EMM disaggregation method to use. However, their selections are not reported with the generated data, challenging reproducibility later. The chosen options should be reported with the data.
