Case of the Mystery Vanishing PR Diffs #572

Sometimes the entire PR diff spazzes out and can't show anything (eg #565 and
). It appears to be connected to Upload Results from the CI Build 20cb1e5 commits from GitHub copilot. This removes the ability to inspect the full PR changes in a single go, which makes confidence in what we're doing much more difficult, as well as debugging at a later date if needed. Let's discuss and ideally identify a path forward on this.
