Unable to install even after following the installation steps (Certificate Expired)

I tried installing the software in my new laptop. I had installed the same software earlier too. This time, when I followed the installation steps given by the developer, it failed to install. I think I got the root cause: Installation certificate is expired. Request to kindly check and pl do the needful. Thanks,
