Publish Rate for Diagnotic Data #69
Description
Add a tag for the publishing rate for items that are applicable to diagnostic mode. When diagnostic mode is enabled, the publishing rate for certain items is increased to allow for better debugging. The items which are used in diagnostic mode is up to the developer. The increased rate should be published in the ICD. This is an action item from the CSW FDR.
