[bug] Strange Network Locking/Unlocking Behavior

Describe the bug
Trying to lock/unlock the network is very finicky, the icon and network state doesn't update until I close the GUI. the video is very clear.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Right Click a Robo Bee Port
2. Click on the plus icon
3. Try to click the lock icon to lock or open the network
4. It doesn't update (until clicking off the menu)

Expected behavior
Locking and Unlocking the network immediately.
