The @links are not fully converted

When the @link points to a code part like {@link module:MyModule} in the final markdown this is not converted to proper link and remains pointing to module-InAppBilling.html

this applies to all of the links generated between pages. a sample can be found on this wiki page when it links to function names to this one.

the links are pointing to files are with extension .html which should be .API. They also dont use right anchors.
