Support for macos arm

Since Intel support by Apple is probably going to end with the latest release Tahoe, and arm has been around for several years now, it is disappointing to say the least that Thermo does not support this.

As I have migrated several codebases to work on arm already, and the task was always miniscule I wonder what is blocking here.

I updated the version of RawFileReader to our 5.1.0.27 and 8.0.37 builds.. These builds support some changes to the scan filters, random file access in the 5.1 version of the assemblies, and support for "Any CPU" builds in the 8.0.37 assemblies.
