Apps-script doesn't work anymore

An hour ago i noticed that websites don't work(google websites do work) and i'm getting this error:

Even i tested it on my least used account which i created them recently.

I tested it on MCI, IRCELL, Shatelmobile.

You need to wait for your quota to be reset. If you actually read the log errors, you can see that very clearly towards the end.

Even when i use my new account it shows this. my new account used 6000 qouta in this week.
so it should work but it doesn't work.
