Hartools does nothing

I followed all the steps up to double clicking. it did nothing.double clicking the box just does nothing

im not sure why, its possible its patched for you unfortunately, maybe try extprint3r

ive tried that too, the print dialog is an about:blank page that immediately gets blocked
