Missing: pctoslib.lib and pcgemlib.lib

And when copying my versions from 1993, I get:

Undefined symbol: 'pdlg_create'
Undefined symbol: 'pdlg_new_settings'
Undefined symbol: 'pdlg_open'
Undefined symbol: 'pdlg_evnt'

Undefined symbol: 'pdlg_delete'
Undefined symbol: 'pdlg_free_settings'
Undefined symbol: 'Slbclose'

Minor issue in pdlg_slb.prj: Linker should strip symbols (local and global). Or is this not part of the prj file? I do not remember.

Sources for the pctoslib and pcgemlib that are used can be found in https://github.com/th-otto/MagicMac/tree/master/pc/pctoslib and https://github.com/th-otto/MagicMac/tree/master/pc/pcgemlib. The original ones from Pure-C are indeed missing some functions.

Stripping symbols could be added to the project files, but since that is the default, i prefer to set the switches in the IDE if i have to. The option would be .L[-Y- -G- -L-]
