When there is no dateModified in a new apps page, pull from datePublished #128

But, need to avoid leaving the dateModified field in the structured data empty when the results page is published but hasn't been modified.
Maybe when the dateModified is missing from the apps page, have it fetch the datePublished instead until we input a dateModified. This could be integrated into the data kit.
