Custom Icon Reverts to Default

Problem description
The custom icon is replaced by the default Termux:Widget icon shortly after placing the shortcut.

Steps to reproduce
Add script: ~/.shortcuts/script.sh
Add icon: ~/.shortcuts/icons/script.sh.png
Add script shortcut to home screen.
Custom icon is shown briefly before being replaced by the default icon.

Expected behavior
Custom icon should persist.
