Description of the feature

If VER and ABS flag exist at the same,
update the version directly to new version that special by abs for a key when version equivalent ver.

eg: exset k1 value ver 2 abs 5

when version = 2, update value and version to 5

I know that, But I want to specify a another version but increment one when the expected version is equal to the actual version
