When you're on the specification page in "mobile view", it is unclear that this is the beginning for a series of chapters, because the outline is hidden in the hamburger menu on the left, and i couldn't find any other clues that there is additional content here. See the screenshot:
If the outline should stay behind the hamburger menu, i would propose to add a simple forward / backward navigation to the bottom of the page.
This would give an obvious indication that there is more content to be found, and also gives a reader a quick way to just go to the next page.
One example (which in it's concrete design may not be ideal for this project, but at least illustrates what i mean) is the rust book which provides small buttons with errors at the bottom of each page.
