Implement visiting other forests

Visiting other forests wasn't working properly. With the Earth Day special the base layer to enable it was refactored.

Take a look at the Earth day special (TipJar) for reference, the route should accept an optional param with a wallet address. If no address is provided, the own forest is shown (if wallet is connected)

• Add route support visiting any forest /forest/?address
• Optionally: Add a button with popup or input to visit another forest
• IDEA: Visit someone's forest by clicking on their tree
