Clarification on the ROOM_SIZE setting

I am preparing to reproduce your experiments and would appreciate a quick clarification:

TASK_DESCRIPTION is predicted to be the room types (e.g., Bedroom, Living Room, ... ), but it is difficult to find a clue as to how ROOM_SIZE is determined. How exactly is the task description and room size determined?
