[performerBodyCalculator] Update height tags for consistency

Not sure what the criteria for height tags are currently but they seem to be a bit off. At least by stashdb definitions:

• Tiny woman: Below 5'1
• Short woman: 5'1 - 5'5
• Average height woman: 5'5 - 5'9
• Tall woman: 5'9+

Would it be possible to update the calculations for height to be in line with stashdb definitions? I don't foresee these definitions really changing much any time soon

heights are defined here, the system was initially intended to be user configurable to fit whatever parameters users wanted, currently it is just a literal statistical average with a standard deviation in either direction to determine short or tall, I think it was added just to have it since we had the data.

so in this case to set the categories as stashdb defines them you would do this

    TINY    = StashTagDC(threshold=(operator.lt, 154.94))
    SHORT   = StashTagDC(threshold=(operator.le, 165.10))
    AVERAGE = StashTagDC(threshold=(operator.le, 175.26))
    TALL    = StashTagDC(threshold=(operator.gt, 175.26))
