I have tried running the default_input_file using the master branch, and it fails to run. It gives a series of error messages, complaining first about ffs_solve_debug not being a namelist object, and, after commenting this out, that "Cannot match namelist object name 1.0&species_options". This seems like the formatting of the file may be messed up somewhere. If I remove the species_options namelist, then it just cycles on to another nonsensical namelist object error.
