A little advice on the Mamba3 environment

Use CUDA 12.8, first install torch 2.9.0, then run MAMBA_FORCE_BUILD=TRUE pip install --no-build-isolation --no-deps, and then install the dependency libraries one by one. I found that the new Mamba uses some more advanced features of torch.
