Problems with this WebRTC build and CoTurn?

I've been unable to get this build of WebRTC on iOS to work with a CoTurn TURN server. I test by forcing the ICE candidate policy to relay only. I've pretty much ruled out my CoTurn setup because it seems to work fine with a web-based WebRTC client I wrote running on iOS Safari. Has anyone else experienced issues?
